THE SOMALI REGION INVESTMENT AND INDUSTRY BUREAU

The Somali region investment and Industry Bureau (SIIB) is a government organization established in 1991 to promote private investment in the region. The SIIB is an autonomous bureau having its own legal personality and being accountable to the Somali region president.

The vision of Somali region investment and Industry Bureau is to be a strong institution which will make Somali Region one of the leading investment decisions in Ethiopia.

Mission

Its mission is to enhance investment in the region by promoting the region’s resource potentials investment opportunities, create conducive investment climate and provide efficient service to investors so as to bring fast and sustainable economic development in Somali Region.
